  •  Title Format : VendorName ProductName Product Version - Article Title
  •  Adjust the status into in progress
  •  Fill out the article information 
  •  Add the product name to as a label in the Content by Label macro 
  •  Edit the Created and Update  dates in the right section of the page
  •  Finish article
  •  Adjust the status into in review
  •  Handover to reviewer
  •  Handover to specialists
  •  Approval for publication by the specialist at the reviewer
  •  Upon Review Approval, update the article status  to 
    Status

  •  After checking links and dependencies, update the article status  to 
    Status
    colourGreen

  •  Adjust the status into published
  •  Add labels to this page

Updating article

  •  Update article as required
  •  Review article with  specialist and/or author

Summary

While trying to log into the mainstorconcept Service Portal, the captcha screen appears.


Problem

Login is unsuccessful as the password is incorrect.


Cause

Upon multiple invalid entries, the password must be reset.

Solution

  1. On the mainstorconcept Portal Login screen, click on the "Forgot your password?" link.


  2. You will be prompted to reset your password before a successful login can occur.
