  • Adjust the status into in review
  • Handover to reviewer
  • Handover to specialists
  • Approval for publication by the specialist at the reviewer
  • Upon Review Approval, update the article status  to 
  • After checking links and dependencies, update the article status  to 
  • Adjust the status into published
  • Add labels to this page

Updating article

  • Update article as required
  • Review article with  specialist and/or author
  • Edit the Updated Date in the right section of the page



Summary

While trying to log into the mainstorconcept Service Portal, the captcha screen appears.


Problem

Login is unsuccessful as the password is incorrect.


Cause

Upon multiple invalid entries, the password must be reset.

Solution

  1. On the mainstorconcept Portal Login screen, click on the "Forgot your password?" link.


  2. You will be prompted to reset your password before a successful login can occur.
